Marble: The Traditional Finish

In classic pool and landscape architecture, Monochromatic, marble plaster, finishes with markings and patina, can clearly define the interior lines, underwater benches, steps, elevation changes in a swimming pool underwater environment. Often the emphasis can be on the water surface, waterline tile, and shimmering reflections of sun and sky but, the pool’s underwater surface does play a significant roll in the reflective values being contributed.

Marble pool plastering finishes can provide highlights of the pool’s surround architecture, stone, statues, water features and landscaping.

Smooth to the touch, a pool’s Marble bottom is understated in the overall landscape design but, it can provide a more sustainable pool interior surface by utilizing concrete materials, that are made of chlorine and acid resistant inorganic pigments.
